F.A.Q.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Our chauffeurs will wait for you for 2 hours after your scheduled arrival time. If we are unable to wait beyond 2 hours due to other commitments, we reserve the right to suspend the booking and continue with other business which means you would need to re-book upon arrival and we will return as soon as possible to continue the booking or organise alternative transport. If your flight is delayed by more than 20 minutes please contact the First Class office on 0033 4 79 00 09 13.

Will I have to pay more if there are a different number of passengers on my return transfer?

Where there are a different number of passengers on the incoming and outgoing transfers we calculate the price by making a 5% deduction from the price of the equivalent two single transfers. For example, if there are 5 passengers travelling from Geneva and 9 returning to Geneva, the price would be one single 5 person transfer (€370) plus one single 9 person transfer (€517) less 5%, making the total price €842.65.
